I have over 20 years experience of Consulting and Reward expertise across a range of industries. My background is in International Management and prior to consultancy, I worked in blue chip multinationals businesses (PepsiCo and Stellantis) in senior Reward roles. I am Hay and WTW Job evaluation trained and keep up to date with the latest Reward thinking and research.

 

My geekiness for all things Reward is demonstrated in both a love of the big picture and an attention to detail; I have a passion for using insights to drive sustainable changes in mindset, behaviour and knowledge within global businesses, and deliver effective, tailored, business results. I take a professional, inquisitive and collaborative approach in every challenge.

 

Currently based in the UK, I have lived in the US, Paris and Amsterdam, and enjoy the diversity and difference of living abrooad. I have two daughters, and as a family, we have loved living overseas amongst a truly international community. I also run (slowly) and adore learning new languages. I am proficient in business French and intermediate Dutch.
