I started if... hr solutions in 2008, specialising in Reward and Organisation Design. I combine a love of HR analytics, a curiosity of the latest Reward thinking, strategic vision and facilitation skills.
Prior to if..., I had 15 years experience in Reward and Generalist HR roles across a range of Blue chip global buisnesses. My background is in International management and I have lived and worked in the UK, the Netherlands and am currently based in Paris. I am commited to taking a professional, inquisitive and collaborative approach in every challenge, and produce effective, tailored, business results.
